As a Community Interest Company, we are committed to re-invest 50% of our profit into the community. This re-investment displays our commitment to developing local communities and the communities we work within.

Our ‘Roots’ Personal Development model addresses the emotional and social experiences of people, by helping them identify fears, self-doubt and negative beliefs, which may often dictate their life experiences and limit their expectations and achievements. Through the “Roots Project” together we can provide the support they need and help them find their true potential, ultimately signposting them into education or employment.

Our first critical success is raising healthy children entailing the institutions and functions on a thriving community something that has been undermined by years of neglect and lack of financial investment.
